MEET THE TRILOGY TEAM

Jaime has a wealth of knowledge in strength coaching, nutrition and hypertrophy and loves coming to work everyday to help you reach your health & fitness goals. 

People come from all over to train with this epic Polish PT and for good reason.  Bart has a physio degree and can often be more in tune with your body than you! 

Bart’s passion and patience for what he does sees him booking out well in advance so get in quick! 

H is a classically trained ballet dancer from 3 years old, which led her to teaching dance and then eventually taking up all star cheerleading and aerial arts (pole dancing, Lyra, silks and trapeze!)

She fell in love with weight lifting after joining the gym 3 years ago and loves seeing other people find their love within the gym. 

H is our legend in the office full time (and Circus Instructor) covering all phones, emails and club communication

Kieran’s love of fitness started off with boxing back in England. 

He then fell in love with weight lifting and has been in the fitness industry now for 7 years. We love having him and if you have ANY membership enquiries, he’s yo’ man!

Meet Ebony, our Crèche Manager. She started off as a gym member in 2019 and joined as part of the Crèche team in 2020. After taking a break in 2021 to have her second child and explore Australia for 18 months, Ebony returned to Trilogy and the Crèche team in 2023.

As a mother of two, Ebony is passionate about caring for children and creating a safe and engaging environment for them to learn and grow. In her spare time, Ebony loves spending time outdoors and embracing new experiences.
