Barre
Create that lean, sculpted dancers’ physique with our Barre class. While incorporating elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, Barre will target and elongate muscles in the core, upper and lower body. This low impact format is a joint-friendly, total body conditioning, strengthening and stretching workout. You will be led through a program using isometric training with strong emphasis on form and alignment.
Limitless
High energy and challenging, this self-circuit class utilises intervals of aerobic, body weight and weighted exercises, for a total body overhaul. Develop strength, muscle tone and burn calories as you push through the heart pounding combinations.
Carnivale
Dance your way into fitness, release stress and make new friends with Carnivale, a class that incorporates Brazilian music and dance along with other Latin flavours. Styles include Samba, Axe, Brazilian Funk, Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa and many more.

We all know men and women have different needs when it comes to weight training. This class has been specifically designed for ladies who are interested in building strength without bulk and learning correct exercise technique. Group, circuit or individual challenge based, this class keeps you moving, utilising barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, steps and more.
Athletica Strength
Suitable for all levels of fitness, this highly effective strength training programme focuses on learning & perfecting the 3 big lifts - Squat, Deadlift & Bench Press. Learn the correct technique and form required to get stronger & leaner, increasing the weight each session and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone! Stay for our Hypertrophy session straight after to reach a level of intensity like never before, maximizing muscle growth for a specific area each session.

Barre 360
Barre 360 is our fusion of classic barre and cardio-centric interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. For 45 minutes, you’ll use dynamic and plyometric movements to target different muscle groups simultaneously - all at an invigorating pace

This 45‐minute barre class blends our classic Barre technique with resistance-based movements that build your strength, coordination and balance using resistance bands, sliders, and the barre.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a strong and dynamic style of Hatha yoga which tones and energises the whole body. The meditative effect of the practice helps cultivate inner peace and calm.
